Mr. Sandip Bhikhubhai Padsala, the Executive Director of the Company, graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from the B.V. College of Engineering, Banglaru. where he specialized in advanced construction technology. His key role includes Strategy Planning, Business Development, Strategic Tie-ups with International Clients, raising funds, bank loans, and Project Execution. He leads a team of internal and external finance specialists and manages all the financial activities. He ensures that full clarity is maintained in finance which in turn strengthens the trust of our CUSTOMER. He has been a Director of the Company since its incorporation and was appointed as Managing Director with effect from August 13, 1991.
Mr. Bhikhubhai Nanjibhai Padsala, the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, He has been working more than four decades of experience in the real estate sector. He has been associated with the Company since its inception as promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. As a chairman, he plays an important role in establishing industry leadership. He provides a strong support to his co-directors as well as his employees by holding the whole company together. His prime intention is to strengthen the trust and enhancing the performance by fulfilling the dreams of the masses. 
Mr. Philip Kuzhiyady Job graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree. His deep knowledge of the Marketing, Customer Cares, Property Management initiatives have been instrumental in achieving company's growth objectives . He joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 01, 2003 
Mr. Vinayak T Sarkhot, graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has over 20 years of experience in the Corporate Affairs. He joined the Board of Director of the Company with effect from March 31, 2010
